streamed the song was a paid subscriber or a free subscriber, any
agreements in place between the Streaming service and Record Labels that
may affect the payout pool, the country the listener was from, and most
importantly, the amount of the payout pool compared to the the total
number of streams on the particular streaming platform. The following
